Great post as usual stervc. I think the writing is on the wall with the value that IGEN's GPS tracking technology can provide to its clients.

Your .1248 pps valuation consideration is fair given that the 52W high is .0875 and the pps was in the .03 range last November. As a result, I think the current prices are a good buying opportunity.
