Thanks for posting this update regarding the dilution for IGEN to cease. That leads me to think that we could be seeing some major updates in the near future. Also, moving to larger offices is a subliminal hint that strongly suggests that IGEN is experiencing some serious growth and is expected to be exponential.
Also, Spring would not be here unless they saw value enough in IGEN to want to receive 10% of their hardware revenue and 40% of their service revenue:
Sprint is a $33.6 Billion company:

Under the terms of Sprint IoT Factory, for each activation of IGEN branded product, Sprint receives 10% of hardware revenue and 40% of service revenue. IGEN receives the remaining 90% of hardware revenue and remaining 60% of service revenue per IGEN branded product activation. Under Sprint's Business Partner terms, WBC receives an activation fee from the revenue collected by Sprint from the sale of IGEN branded products.

"This exclusive partnership with the County Executives of America represents an opportunity for IGEN to offer fleet management solutions for an estimated 350,000 assets utilized across 700 Counties in the USA," said Neil G Chan, CEO of IGEN Networks Corp. The diversity of these assets along with the self-insurance of these assets creates an excellent fit with the capabilities of the Medallion GPS PRO Platform.
Mr. Michael Griffin, Executive Director of the County Executives of America announced the IGEN partnership at their Board of Directors Meeting held on February 28, 2020. Director Griffin said: "The County Executives of America that represent over 700 Counties and Consolidated City/Counties across America's Heartland endorses IGEN's Medallion GPS PRO Platform with its innovative features that will offer significant improvement in productivity, management, and safety for the Counties, their drivers and mobile assets." Mr. Griffin continued with the statement "The Counties and Consolidated City/Counties have some of the largest fleets of automobiles, trucks, motorized equipment and school buses in the United States. The care for this equipment is a very large expense to the taxpayer and it's our duty to help secure and maintain these valuable assets."
