So you think they put out an 8k later to confirm this 8k?

Another example of how bad these guys are at communicating.

Anshu knows he is on the hook for the TAM 8k because he made that statement in the earnings call.

So a tweet today saying “deal should be finalized by May 8th” would have sufficed.

But instead... he opts for an open ended 8k that will leave investors asking for another 8k to confirm the language in this filing.

Really really stupid.

I say... give the guy a raise...
