LVCA is not up 500% since the news of merger. Insider did pre load on April 29th starting at .01 before news on April 30th. That was obviously slimy for them to use inside info to start buying before news.It actually moved up a little over 200 % on news and the insider knocked it back down to close a little over 100% on April 30th. Sold off on May 1st to .018 and then hit a low of .01 this morning. Lower than before the news. Moved back to .0324 and now heading back down. No where in there is 500%. In fact if you bought on the news you are down right now.
