bonnie, I hate to break it to you but SLJB and ALL non-reporting issues must follow the same rules/laws real companies do. Maybe you should read a little something called the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. You seem to believe SLJB is above the law because it is non-reporting. You're wrong.
