Bonnie, you're confusing "trading" with being "quoted". SLJB is not quoted. There is no adherence to NASD 6740 or 15c211 by SLJB. You claim that I'm "ignorant" but, FWIW, I at least know the difference between being "traded" and being "quoted".
Again, my question is, how can any reasonable person believe SLJB is filing a/f's when they can't make the disclosures to adhere to NASD 6740 and SEC Rule 15c211?
