Why doesn't someone just ask Petar how the hell they can file a/f's when there isn't any 15c211 disclosure yet? Who is buying this? The form 211 discloses the company trading via the acquired public vehicle, its business operations, who the insiders are, and that none of them own over 10% of the public vehicle they acquired from Loftwerks.
While you're at it, get Petar to cough up the Certificate of Merger they supposedly filed with the Secretary of State. There is no record of a "merger" anywhere.
