It's the friggin most beautiful O&G asset of them all, too. Seismics alone, these days, cost approx. $100K per square mile! Any bonehead selling .05 shares of a 38M o/s to a company that owns these records, is literally outta their minds.

These records provide the data to determine if a lease is worth picking up, without having to do extensive expensive testing.

In the future, those who hang onto their shares will see just what I mean. Larger companies will wanna buddy-buddy with Hemi, for these records...ahem...if they're not already. They'll provide capital to 'smoothe the way' for future developments.

These records can save other companies BUKO bucks! Enough to make 'em wanna court this pinkie like a high school prom queen!
