A very comprehensive summary, thank you. Unfortunately it is just more bad news imho. One good thing is that the shareholder's meeting sets a time frame for getting the price higher imho. They aren't going to have a meeting with the price down here. Auditors converse quite a bit with management while preparing an audit. So either Petar is very naive or an outright liar. two very bad choices imho. He thought the audit was close to being completed & never spoke to one auditor.
