Hmm, missed that part about all the directors of the company being relieved of their duties huh? PWC was the sole - meaning "only" - court appointed / court authorized signing officer for Bioamber. They have been discharged, BIOAQ is in an officially 'abandoned' state...so...exactly who is going to file on behalf of Bioamber? Mike Hartmann?...nope, that would constitute fraud, he's not a director of Bioamber Inc any longer. So, again..... who.... ?
