I don't know much about sharia law, but from what I have read this Co. is the product of the life's work of the founder B.R. Shetty. I feel he has an enormous amount of pride in this company. He and his family have been seriously impacted by this scandal and I'm sure he will not want his reputation and decades of hard work to be tarnished by the bad deeds of others.
He indicated in the recent article by The Economic Times that he will be sharing some very good news soon. I am sure it is a priority for management to sort this thing out ASAP and get the stock relisted on a major exchange whether it be back on the London exchange or one in the US.
