You are right about all of that. The company has exposed itself to ridicule in many ways.

However, when ridicule is used to bury substance it is misleading. I continue to see substance, and I continue to doubt that the substance will ever materialize into something of significant value.

That's why I encourage attention to the science and engineering while making it clear that I cannot recommend investment in NNVC.

If someone with ability to execute, while keeping stockholder value in mind, were to gain control of the company it would become more interesting. Diwan would have to be compensated absurdly to get such a deal done, but the future value might be sufficient to make that possible.
