Shares being issued to Dreamtech

Shares issued to JAG Capital (Joseph) and him not acknowledging those shares.

Lack of update to the unrestricted/DTC share numbers

Pink sheet stock talking dividends, never seen one that was valid and actually worked out

The idea that a massive company would merge into this OTC stock that has 700M shares issued most of which to people who have nothing to do with the ongoing operation of the entity, why would a company give itself away and have 700M shares out there with them owning zero? Large companies won't do that, they would split the shares down to nothing and issue to their owners/employees or so on and sell some to raise capital.

Issuing over 300M shares since October while talking about a big merger doesn't make sense.
