stock newbie --
clearly we are seeing a lot of shares becoming
available -- otherwise the PPS would have gone
up to .005 to .006 with the news.

if as you say there is only 15 mil or so left
between O/S and A/S, then what other possibilities
are there?
-- can the receivers of stock (contractors paid in stk,
or toxic-financiers,..) in past be dumping now?
