Yes, you will be issued shares for warrants you exercise. That is true ---if, and only if, the warrants you were holding were not recalled by the corporation with the payment of $0.01/warrant to the holder.
In that case, you won't have any warrants to exercise, just the payment of $0.01/warrant to console yourself.
