hmm, i guess i would be concerned if a stock went from .20 to less than a penny in a few months, i would be concerned if it was halted due to lying about peoples health, i would be concerned about no financials for 6 yrs even thought they were promised over and over again, i would be concerned
as the last two auditors left , i would be concerned because there are multiple law suits..
