that is the bottom line...
whenever we see lot of buying and still the pps (price
per share) is not going up, it means
there is a big supply of shares ; so MMs don't have
to move pps to meet the demand for shares.

no the real question is --
where is the supply coming from?

In my opinion, a large component is definitely dilution
from company. But that is to be expected given
that we are in pinkie/otcbb land. Hopefuly
this will be done soon and the pps can go up
given the interested buyers.
