PVAC +3.21 to 7.62, amazing move on no news that I could find. Maybe there's speculation of some sort of government bailout for the shale oil producers ? PVAC is at least fairly well hedged for 2020, but 2021 becomes very problematic.

PVAC is now up an astounding 669% from the March bottom of $0.99 !!!
