They are about as ignorant of math as you are. They extrapolate that 12% of the people tested are positive hence 12% of people in CA have been infected - that's crazy and ignorant. That's like saying 12% of the people who went to a weight loss clinic represent 12% of the population as a whole. The people who got tested displayed symptoms. From there it's downhill but glad to see the wool can so easily be pulled over your head.
