For what? ... not following you. May 15th would be the deadline for filing financials given the Covid SEC allowance. The SEC said they had to provide a 8-k stating that they were playing the delay. That's just horse shit. The Company is based in New York city metro (mailing address). Most smaller reporting companies are just saying FU...and are playing the allowance without filing a 8-k(for the most part)...as they should.

I told my son to accumulate his holdings by the end of May at the latest. The only OTC quoted security he owns is Green Thumb...and I told him to forget it on that one(accumulate).

Sorry if there was confusion. This(NVNT) one will open up with the main market though. That was and is the point. This OTC security is not like the other OTC links in this price space. :)
