Hard to see so many shares if that is 19x the number today? (1.2B or ?)

I guess that's the same. Maybe they will do a reverse split.
You know, the September Treasury Plan laid out so many options - including issuing bonds, new preferred, etc. - and said it could be some combo - I would imagine that H/L may recommend something complex and sophisticated to make it look like they are earning their money. So we all may be surprised. If that's so, I hope its to our benefit!
