Save some time and go straight to the 6th monitor’s report, which includes a copy of the Asset Purchase Agreement for the liquidation sale of the assets. If one looks at that document, they will see the assets of BioAmber, Inc., the parent company, and its 2 subsidiaries were all included. All of them.
It is ridiculous to even suggest that this lawyer for the shareholder lawsuit is documenting the “real” outcome and the monitor and 2 federal court judges got it wrong. LOL!!!
