One of the many, many things that STEVE BRICKNER doesn't know is that SEC settlements involving disgorgement and penalties are nott dischargable debts in bankruptcy - they follow him FOR LIFE until paid off in full. Bankruptcy is NOTT an ~OUTT for SEC civil disgorgement and penalties/fines imposed by DaCourt in an accepted settlement.
This may be his fifth or sixth BK coming up. Butt won't gett rid of the $3+ million plus innerest, penalties, and fines he ALREADY faces. And this is BEFORE the DOJ and IRS come at him.
Gonna make it tuff when he has no munny left to put in his USBOP prison commissary account. Shower shoes and ramen noodle packs dont come free, and telephone is $0.05 /minute even for local calls.
