Attempts to estimated stock price, at this point, due to the complexity and sheer number of variables is unproductive.

Dilution may/might/probably will happen.

Public and political perception is stock price. If stock price stays under $40 maybe $50, the media will not have much to say, except Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business. Yes, Cramer will go batshit crazy over it.
