Some links containing suspension information. I found zero, zilch on SEC website concerning Temporary Suspension here they simply call them Suspensions and have the rights to do so for up to 10 days as is the case here, certain items may be required by the company and the SEC does such actions to protect investors. So to me in order to protect investors this should have been halted pre drop period and that would have protected the investors at least upon trading being started up again, although I did read most drop from their closing value when it reopens normally, in this case with good FDA news it could be different, again I plan on holding throughout this mess.
