I have to agree. Predictive was very tame in their language. They didn't even give a number of tests they intended to have for immediate distribution, they did follow up with an order that included relative immediate distribution with the first 500k due in the first week. They included no pricing, no sales figures, no estimated sales targets, zip, zilch, nada. This just reeks of bs.
