$DECN - lololol. too funny. the questions were what led the sec to investigate.
they investigated those questions and then suspended. they are not looking for answers from the company. this is really basic stuff. this is how all suspensions work.
It is very easy to interpret the SEC report. I can help... The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of DECN because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace since at least March 3, 2020. Those questions relate to, among other things, (i) DECN's statements claiming to have "technology perfected" to allow it to manufacture and sell a COVID-19 test kit that would provide results "in 15 seconds, based on a small finger prick blood sample," and (ii) DECNs sales forecasts for the COVID-19 test kit that up to 525 million test kits would be sold in the first year of production. I am really sorry that it is difficult for some not familiar with law to interpret a somewhat "legalize" document such as delivered by the SEC. And some of us get the line of progression (that of the SEC) wrong. The SEC "DID NOT" investigate and decide that DECN did any wrongdoing. The SEC is merely expecting DECN to substantiate the claims made in various public press releases. The "suspension" is the period of time the market trade is halted, in case, and only in case, there is a "FINDING" that DECN could not, or did not, meet the stated facts that they outlined in the various press releases. Then, and only then, would any additional sanctions, penalties, etc., etc., apply. We must keep in mind that a QUESTION is something that needs an ANSWER.
