That is the rumor from several people, Lee Buck, SEC suspended PRED without ever speaking with somebody, or verifying their submissions, inlcuding 8k filings.
Now he has put all of our financial well being at risk. For what, being too lazy to do his job properly?
I don't get how they can get away with this stuff.
