I understand, but it is ore oil drop to historic lows. If you remember a few months earlier, a restricting equity deal was announced but did not materialize. A federal judge will decide whether or not there is a real possibility of whether a proposed restructuring can succeed post emergence as a public entity. A judge will not allow the possibility of short term harm to shareholders as well, especially if the current shareholders are harmed. The judge must decide if, based upon current assets and revenue AND the current industry environment, Hoss can realistically repay all creditors, debt holders and old/new shareholders.;THIS is the problem!!!
