I can see from the daily and weekly chart that $KOAN has been in accumulatin mode since around March 23, 2020 in the short term and from September 10, 2019 in the medium term.

You can also see positive divergence of the stock on both charts.
I assume what happened is long-term traders waited a couple of weeks until the flippers who were expecting news burned out and dumped their stock.
There's consistent trading volume 24k daily (10 day average) & 20k daily (30 day average) without the company releasing updates weekly --- just like what happens in a Big Board stock.
