Here are some facts....

The buyout premium for a stock is usually on the upside , a maximum of 25% premium based on the current share price.

In rare cases 50% premium has been paid...but extremely rare.

We are also talking big board stocks...not otc stock....

It makes no difference what an investor believes the stock is worth..what the patents are worth etc...

The numbers being touted here are not based on fact and reality...

Let's be realistic...

Even if the company sells it's IP and that is definitely in the works as I fully expect OW to be done come the fall...let's work on the scenario of a 25% premium being paid...

25% of next to nothing is nothing....

So unless this price is moved up substantially in the next few weeks/months..a 25% premium which would be a great scenario would put the value per share based on a buy out at .00325 plus.013 based on todays' price.... .01625/shr

If the stock is at .15 cents when the deal goes down then with a 25% premium which again is extremely optimistic....then the price per share would be .15 plus .0375..just under .19 cents/shr.

That's reality..none of this bs about the stock being worth 5 dollars because the creme addresses several skin disorders.

The market values the stock..a buyout pays a premium based on the value of the stock..not what posters on a message board believe the stock is worth.

And as of the current moment the market values OWC stock at .013.

Argue with that.

The fact remains that the company now has complete control over everything and doesn't need shareholder approval for any deal they make.

WE no longer have control of the OS in order to vote down anything and DGF has a big say in what is happening.

They have no interest in making next to nothing and still hold 80% of their preferred shares.

So the stock is moved up ..they convert and sell...and then the price falls back down....

Ritterband is busy negotiating the final sale....this will not be ending well..

MY hope is at the very least to break even around 4.4 cents.
