Surf, I addressed that in a previous post. IMHO, I think they are setting up to be an "incubator" company. Working with startups/developing companies. Could be they will still have some of the old CYIO tech. Medical Marijuana, Cryptos, etc. I would feel better about it if the principals had better bios, but one never knows in penny land. For now I'm just doing a lot of thinking out loud. I'm doing nothing until I see the final determination from the SEC. TWT. HAWK
