When the $0.072 bid was filled yesterday a $0.0202 bid for 10k shares appeared, only to be quickly replaced by two bids at $0.03+ totalling over 400,000 shares. Who is trying to scoop up so many shares for so little cost? Why wouldn’t the buyer sit and wait instead of paying 2+ times the price by hitting the ask?
