It doesn’t appear to need an RS..
At all..

2 billion A/S already..

and only about 22 mil share float.

And very low O/S already.

Can not dilute for six months after a merger I hear is a rule..

So we should see enormous price increase here before then..

Especially if we get one of these monster companies which it looks like we might.
