There is NO current dilution unless those options are in the money and exercised...so I don't think anyone would be unhappy when this group of people clean up.
I would be very happy and so would anyone else with the total exercise of those options.
That's the nice thing about option grants...they get ZERO if the price levels are not achieved (options expire worthless with NO DILUTION), but you have to admit, it is a BOLD MOVE on their part, especially now.
