The 3 doctors may be blissfully unaware somebody popped their names onto an 8K for a non-filing public company in order to run this scam. That's all it is, a scam pump and dump being run on the carcass of a dead, empty, revoked company. Any sort of 8K appearing on Edgar for a non-filer, especially a dead non-filer, is a dead giveaway for a scam.
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
