Means likely someone is interested in the shell and wants to move forward if he went to such trouble. Agree, think more filings are coming to get to 2019. Then, these SEC filings would clear a sale to a R/M. Think this is still below the radar with all the noise in the market and impatient traders are not sure when this shell would get sold. But all the signs point to a major development.

In the meantime, adding on these dips and this was over .02 recently in silent mode. Gift here imho.
