There is zero chance that a company with $38B of revenue is "going public" with a reverse merger into a stinky pink company and giving equity ownership over to the bagholders of this dead company. Zero.

That's probably why Lazar put that guys name in the CEO slot, so that "speculation" could get a pump going.
