He was upfront with me about the convertibles. I asked him about the 500M OS and he asked me 'you mean the authorized shares? I know the authorized shares is 500M'.
I said 'no', the Outstanding shares.
There was a pause and he mentioned the convertibles which was mentioned in the shareholder letter (I said I was aware of those), but then he said maybe Doug might know more and gave me his number.
I let him know the transfer agent (Melissa) has provided information that the OS was 500M.
I can tell you he answered his phone right away and was pleasant, we even made small chat about Chicago.
The only thing material he may have said is that Sebastian is doing a great job for the company and the balance sheet. I said I was aware of the job he did at WPCS and the reverse merger with PCAR.
