Outstanding shares: So Clear Trust, LLC was the old trasnfer agent and it recently changed to Corporate Stock Transfer (CO) somewhere around the December or January timeframe.
Corporate Stock Transfer recently merged with EQ (Equiniti).

While the client representative did confirm they are the new transfer agent for TLSS, they did not have current share structure information and that since they are the new transfer agent, inquiries should come to them and not via the corporate stock transfer agent.
I escalated a call back and hope to hear from them soon. Additionally, I will file an SEC Stock Transfer Agent complaint if they did indeed give out incorrect information.
I'm not saying the information is accurate one way or the other but I am curious myself how they got to 500M OS without any type of filing in the matter of about 13 trading days since 4/1.You can find CEO John's phone number in the filings and I talked to him as well which he referred me to Doug but have not heard back.
I'll leave my personal opinion on the conversation to myself but he did not acknowledge that he was aware that the OS was 500M when I asked him about it and corrected me in asking if I meant the AS which i said no. At that time he referred me to Doug and possibly the transfer agent.
BTW, Melissa Tampubolon where the information was posted from is listed as a receptionist at Corporate Stock Transfer office in Colorado. Their site was updated at some point in 2020 it says.
I'll keep the board posted as to any developments. Seems like a lot of changing hands.
