What are the scenarios to cause a withdrawal of the OTCQB application?

"Only speculation at this point as to why it was withdrawn."

The OTCQB is a tier created by the OTCM to generate more revenue - they do everything they can to approve the applications.

My guess is that Costello doesn't have the $12,500 fee for the OTCQB listing.

Why do you think the application was withdrawn?
