Filed 10K's filling in pre-Form 15 gaps. The SEC is known for suspending tickers who left those old pre-Form 15 filings unfiled. Now NTAH is totally in compliance. Also, if new company wants to switch back over and be a SEC filer, they should be able to without any problems!
