1. Do you have anything to do with the faulty kits

A: "No, we have absolutely nothing to do with them and we have worked with the same manufacturer on other items, ours are just fine

2. Are you still swamped with orders?

A: "We are taking in so many orders from all over the country, more than imaginable, and we have been around 34 years and have seen nothing like this"

Orders are being received within 4 weeks of official order.
