Lets face it, it benefits every shareholder (insiders and retail) to har about the successes of a company. That means getting the word out about those successes. That's why there are Public Relations departments and companies that do PR for a fee.
Honestly, I think the potential of ABMC is fantastic. But now that I know how the company likes to take a "low key" approach to their successes, I am not confident this stock will go up on its own "word of mouth."
There are no Institutional Investors courting ABMC. Penny stocks thrive on Press Releases, and the ones with LEGITIMATE Press Release rise the most.
NASDAQ stocks have Analyst following the performance of a company. That's why they don't need a PR to buy a stock. Totally different in the OTC.
The FLORIDA deal should have been PR'd by the company, even with a disclosure about "not being FDA approved but still able to do business."
