No please, do tell me how one manages to find themselves holding fully audited and stamped financials whose release would land the CEO in jail.

There are two scenarios i can think of, either they lied to PWC, or were about to forge PWC's signature to the audit letter. Anything else would require fraud on PWC's part as well.
