Why even create fraudulent A/Fs? His statements that releasing what he had on 11/15 would have brought the stock to $1, and landed him in jail, mean that in november he was well aware what he had was pure garbage if not outright fraud created only to artificially inflate the share price.

and he yet still chose to hype it up until 11:59 pm on 11/15, complete with "go to sleep guys, when you wake up the AFs will be there"

Why not create an honest set of AFs to begin with? Oh wait, that's right.
