Why settle for a dollar when your sitting on Nasdaq material?

It'll have to suffer all the manipulations allowed on the smaller exchanges. Only delays its ascent by revealing assets that weren't inclusive of the latest quarter.

He wants to meet the needed requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley rules, while being under the microscope of the world and with the best possible value known to all with the most accurate and complete data possible.

With the flippers mentality made possible with the crew assembled to dissuade confidence to hold for that day it's only more of a delay to not exceed those standards.
