26.147 Billion ENTI 50/50 Buy/sell + 4.8 Billion BB shell = 30.947 Billion - 30 Billion = 947 Million + 556 Million BB outstanding = 1.502 Billion - 9 million certs = 1.493 Billion

1.493 Billion - 32 Million J105 = 1.461 - 1.469 Billion with paper = 8 million certs shares. Ops short 1 million.

8 Million + 1 Million at DUTV = 9 million certs + 90,090,090 = 99,090,090

So 5% of 99,090,090 = 4,954,505 - 1,000,000 DUTV = 3,954,505

87% institutionally owned so there is about 12 million shares to get 4 million out of for TORQ and SH.

Who of the holder's of 99,090,090 shares are going to sell ? Functional Float will only be 12 million shares at best

Fundamental I seen at Ally a few years ago suggested $111 per share or a 11 Billion dollar company...

If it is worth $111 per share then ABVG is worth $11 per share...but hey my few ABVG share held at Apex Clearing (Ally) will probably never see the light of day.

So I guess there is a DUTV road to MMJ.
