It sure did when the short interest was high...that is why. As I said...shorts made bank when this thing was over inflated on Rory’s rah-rah crap.

I still Lol at the SHAC video where he had to calm the waters when the $7.50 offering price showed up on an S-1/A and there was a panic...”no no” he said...”that is not the actual offering price”.

Well...he was right I guess...lol.
