Costello is a grifter - I guess you could say he is successful at that.
And I absolutely don’t think it is legal what he did in those private chat rooms. There were multiple times he leaked inside information which were posted on this board. But let’s face it there are plenty of types that would trade on that very information and think nothing of it. Guess they might feel differently if they lose all their hard earned money being the mouthpiece for this guy.
